I would never use the estate agency again. Our apartment was beautiful but we were quoted $790 a week for an apartment that was supposed to have air conditioning and a parking space. We were told we would be given $200 bucks towards a fan because the air Conditioning was brokenand Since our car could not fit at the time we then found out that we had forfeited our space for the entire time. This was not made clear to us upon signing our documents. $200 dollars towards a fan is completely inadequate given that we still had to pay full amount of rent.

Once we got a smaller car we asked if we could use our space that we were paying for however it would now be used freely by the landlord and his friends whenever they wanted whilst we still had to continue to pay full rent.

Our cooker broke 2 weeks before we moved out. A crack formed in the glass as we were cooking. When we called to say what had happened we were told there was no issue and we were to continue using stove as normal. It was not until we moved out that we were then charged with 400 dollars for fixing the stove.

This was not communicated to us that this was an issue at the time. It is so very disappointing and I feel that this letting agency is very sneaky.

I would never use again given the plethora of rental agencies in Sydney.

I feel we were completely taken advantage of and not communicated to.

Please think carefully before renting from this estate agent.
